You provide a detailed, labeled diagram and scope of work for each room, and we’ll turn it into a comprehensive repair estimate using local pricing and the same software used by major insurance and mitigation companies.

Photo scope repair estimate

Not 100% sure what’s needed to complete a rehab or reconstruction? No worries. With the right photos, our 12+ years of experience creating repair estimates from photos for insurance and mitigation projects allows us to deliver an accurate repair estimate.

Please provide a basic diagram of the space (CubiCasa works well if you need help), note any work or upgrades you already know you want (for example, upgrading laminate countertops to marble), and clearly label each room.

To label rooms, type a note on your phone and take it as the first photo (example: Kitchen). For each room, provide at least 6 photos—one from each corner, plus the floor and ceiling. More photos are always better. Include close-ups of any damage and materials.

If known, note the number of flooring layers (this can often be verified at closets, stair edges, or room transitions).

Once your order is placed, we’ll email you with guidance to help you capture the best possible photos so we can produce the most accurate

estimate.
